Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any medical conditions including pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, Sun Exposure, disabilities or illnesses. 
Please note that we are not wheelchair accessible.


In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointment, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking.


We ask that you check-in with front desk at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. Please note that we require that all new clients fill out skin care history information and treatment consent forms prior to treatment.

Late Arrivals

Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the other clients’ sessions can begin on time. If your arrival is delayed we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but if this is not possible your service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests as treatments and are charged at full value. If you miss your appointment without 12-hour notice, you will be charged 100% of your treatment cost.

Credit Card Policy

Body Roll Studio accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All payment is due on day of treatment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 12 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to do so or “NO SHOW” will result  a loss of one of the sessions from your package.


All packages expire 6 months after purchase.

Products can be accepted for exchange ONLY when unopened and in original packaging. No refund or exchange given after 14 days of purchase or if product has been opened or tampered with.


No refunds given for proper services rendered.
